LIBRARY HOURS
The Interdepartmental Library of Medicine, established by Rectoral Decree No. 246/2024 on January 31, 2024, serves as the reference library for the Departments of Human Neurosciences, Dental and Maxillofacial Sciences, Radiological, Oncological, and Anatomical Pathological Sciences, and Sensory Organs.
Its collection includes significant journals and volumes related to these disciplines. The library also holds a rare and valuable collection, including printed documents from 1501 to 1830 and a manuscript in the Ophthalmological Sciences section. Additionally, it preserves important archival material on the work of professors Ugo Cerletti, the pioneer of electroconvulsive therapy, and Giovanni Bollea, the father of modern child neuropsychiatry, at its Via dei Sabelli location.
The bibliographic collection is distributed across seven book storage areas: Neurology, Dental and Maxillofacial Sciences, Ophthalmological Sciences, Otorhinolaryngology, Radiological Sciences, Clinical Psychology, and Child Neuropsychiatry.
